The OMNI Channel Program Manager role is an exceptional opportunity to influence and drive the future of customer engagement across a dynamic, multi-country region. You will have the chance to:

Lead operational excellence: Coordinate delivery teams and manage complex, omnichannel campaigns while ensuring smooth processes and top-tier results.

Drive innovation: Support the transformation of marketing operations, leveraging cutting-edge tools, to enable efficiency and customer-centric engagement.

This is more than a project management role – it’s a chance to make a real impact, guiding the operational backbone of digital marketing for our global organisation.

What will you be doing?
•    Act as a central coordinator – you will be the single point of contact for omnichannel campaign delivery for the Netherlands, Greece, Ireland, and Switzerland.
•    Manage campaign delivery – you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel and omnichannel marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the strategist and solution owners to translate business needs into actionable delivery plans.
•    Facilitate agile ways of working – you will coordinate cross-functional teams using Agile practices, facilitating daily stand-ups and sprint planning. You will work with various tools such as Jira to track progress, manage workflows and ensure transparent communication across teams.
•    Mitigate risks and drive efficiency – you will identify (potential) risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve issues that can impact delivery. You will also focus on operational excellence, supporting cost-saving initiatives and streamline processes.

What do you bring?
As a self-motivated and relationship-driven professional you bring a strong foundation in project management and digital marketing operations. In addition
•    Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate complex campaigns, ideally with experience working across multiples countries.
•    Strong relationship building and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
•    Ability to lead without authority and influence outcomes across diverse teams.
•    Basic understanding of marketing platforms (e.g., CRM systems, content delivery tools and Agile practices (familiarity with Jira is a plus).
•    Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
•    Fluency in English – advanced local language, depending on application location is a plus.
