Are you curious to know what a Product Life Cycle role within a Supply Chain department in a multinational pharmaceutical company looks like? Are you ready to bring your enthusiasm, proactive attitude and expertise into daily business?  Then this challenge is for you!


We are looking for a talented and motivated student to join the Supply Chain department in a Product Life Cycle role located in Amsterdam, where we support the supply chain activities for 8 European countries. 
During this internship you will gather hands-on experience and live a true international experience in a dynamic industry.


In the department, we have a pleasant and informal working atmosphere. We value flexibility, humor, and the lifting together as a team. We have a flat structure, and we are driven by self-empowerment. 
This internship is also suitable for students who would like to execute research within the company. 


The internship will run for at least 6 months, starting in September 2024. 


WHAT WILL YOU LEARN


•    As part of the Supply Chain department, you will contribute to the overall life cycle management of Animal Health and Human Pharma products for 8 European countries. 
•    You will learn and understand the importance of material master data.
•    You will contribute to the workflows and try to identify process improvements.
•    At the end of the internship, you will have a common understanding of how version management will work within the pharmaceutical industry.
•    You will be able to assess the current launches, transfers, and withdrawal process, which could be a case study or your research objective.
•    You will gain knowledge of other Supply Chain tasks (Demand planning, S&OP, Logistics & Distribution, and Customer Service).


WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM


•    University student in the field of Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Business Administration or Economics 
•    Previous relevant internship experience in Europe is a plus
•    Positive mindset, engagement and attitude
•    Microsoft Office skills
•    Excellent command of the English language 
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Open for challenges and new experiences
•    Strong focus on solutions and results-oriented execution
•    Willingness to work in a multicultural environment  

Please note that you must be enrolled in university (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university) during the full period of your internship to be considered as a candidate.
