Your role

As an HR Advisor at Byondis, you will be central to improving our HR processes and supporting our employees.

You will:

• Actively engage with managers and HR team members to identify and address HR needs.
• Provide expert advice and hands-on support across all HR disciplines.
• Focus on enhancing the employee experience through supportive and effective HR practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee well-being.
• Report directly to the Head of HR.

Your profile

We are looking for a dedicated professional with:

• A Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of HR-related experience.
• Experience in job classifications, recruitment, performance management, labor legislation, especially within the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
• Strong affinity with HR communication.

Skills and Abilities

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A people-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Dutch).
• Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A supportive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Contract hours: 32-40 hrs/week
