Key Objectives and Learning Points
- Collaborate with the technical writing team to get a basic understanding of the documentation requirements and specifications
- Learn about technical documentation and concepts adopted by our company
- Brainstorm with the development team to figure out how to simplify technical information for end-users
- Edit and proofread all technical documents before submitting them to the editors or your supervisors
- Assist in creating high-quality documentation, guides, manuals, and tutorials
- Review and update documentation when required
- Review and update existing master data ledgers
Job requirements
What you will bring
- Pursuing an adequate education (eg: English, Information Management, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field)
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Office tools proficiency (Word, Excel, Vision, etc) is a must
- Familiarity with technical concepts and the subject matter
- Adaptability in writing style. Understanding of basic formatting and grammar
- Great research skills
- Accountable and organized
- Knowledge of software languages, development models, and tools is a plus
