LIMS Support Engineer

As LIMS Support Engineer you will assist the LIMS Manager and the team with the implementation of new Labware LIMS functionality, assist with testing, writing of the CSV documentation, validating LIMS and keeping the LIMS system in a validated state. You will provide first-line support for LIMS users, addressing any technical issues or questions, set-up and arrange trainings for new employees or new functionality.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Assist the LIMS Manager with developing and coordinating work plans/projects, maintaining the validated state of the LIMS system, and optimizing quality within control span. Support and train clients on using the LabWare LIMS application, providing first and second-line support for user queries and issues.
  
• Identify deviations from standard situations, suggest documentation and functionality improvements, and collaborate with CSV, QA, and end-users to address specific business needs. Write user requirements, OQ, PQ scripts, and other necessary documentation.
  
• Perform setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of the LabWare LIMS system, diagnosing problems related to configurations, interfaces, and integrations. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
  
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support, and coordinate with relevant departments for protocol approvals, deviations, and CAPAs. Enhance a cooperative working environment through effective social skills.

You can work with a high degree of autonomy , making timely decisions based on extensive experience and situational needs

You have familiarity with standard documentation practices. It is an advantage if you have experience in the Healthcare, Life Science, or Pharmaceutical domains.
