We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Planning Consultant for a project of 6 months .

Scope of the role

Forecasting and Demand Planning:

• Maintain an accurate forecasting tool using actuals data, clinical trends, and demand inputs from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, QC, Site Management and Clinical Operations, to gather demand-related information and insights.
• Collaborate with S&OP Manager to conduct analysis of demand patterns, consumption variation and market trends to generate accurate forecasts.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of forecasting models, making necessary adjustments and improvements.

Material Consumption Analysis:

• Analyze material consumption patterns based on actuals data, production plans, and demand forecasts.
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Order Management:

• Oversee the entire order management process, including order placement, confirmation, tracking, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of products.
• Proactively address any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process.

Vendor Management:

• Connect with vendors and suppliers to ensure OTIF and SLA’s
• Follow up on open orders and ETD.

Master Data Management:

• Maintain master data parameters related to demand planning and forecasting.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data inputs to support supply/demand planning activities.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to develop and enhance data management processes.

SAP :

• Actively participate in the improvements of the SAP system, specifically related to demand planning and forecasting modules.
• Provide inputs and recommendations for system configuration and customization based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and external consultants to ensure a smooth SAP operation.

Who are you ?

• Master degree with minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in the Life Sciences sector is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in demand planning and forecasting.
• Experience with SAP, particularly in demand planning and forecasting modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
