Talent Acquisition Specialist (Consultant)

The Role

Please note: This is a consultant (interim) role.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Genmab in Utrecht, you’ll collaborate with our Global Talent Acquisition team on international recruitment projects. You’ll work closely with Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to achieve outstanding results. With our growth phase and numerous upcoming vacancies, your role will be pivotal in fulfilling our ambitions. Here's what you'll do:

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process: This includes intakes with Hiring Managers, job postings, sourcing, phone screenings, interviewing, assessment feedback sessions, offer negotiations, and Workday transactions.
  • Establish agreements with agencies: Build talent pools, identify, and join job fairs and career conferences, and collaborate with universities.
  • Implement global projects and processes: Ensure they meet local compliance and enhance our recruitment strength and candidate experience.
  • Initiate and roll out various initiatives: Improve recruitment processes and contribute to our employer branding strategy.

What We Offer

Enjoy a hybrid work environment with a blend of working from home (2 days) and in our modern, attractive office in Utrecht (3 days). This is the R&D Headquarters—a fantastic place with all the resources you need. You'll work closely with other TA Specialists, Compensation & Benefits, and the HR Operations team.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and excels at managing relationships. You should have exceptional organizational skills to prioritize workloads and handle multiple requests. Collaboration and leadership come naturally to you. Specifically, we’re looking for:

  • A Master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • Approximately 6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, experience in life science is a strong preference.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Dutch proficiency is preferred, or at least knowledge of the Dutch labor market and its regulations.
  • Experience in an international company, with an understanding of multicultural issues and a matrix management structure.
  • ATS experience, preferably with Workday.
