Process Assessment and Validation scientist

For our site located in Geleen, Netherlands we have exciting opportunities and we are looking for a Process Assessment and Validation scientist. Process Assessment & Validation Scientist is involved in performing multiple assessments related to the implementation of a new process in the LNL facility, process validation activities and post-TT support of manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities :

Is involved in execution of process assessment and validation activities as per agreed timeline in close collaboration with internal and external parties

Is involved in assessment on all process related areas including but not limited to the process, APS, facility, equipment and materials from GMP point of view, identifying the risks and suggesting appropriate mitigation strategies.

Participates in performance data trending during TT and post- TT, assessing the process performance and provides suggestions for process improvement

Is involved in troubleshooting and serves as investigation lead for process impacting deviations and investigations.

Ensures and encourages an Operational Excellence environment

Keeps current with advances in cell and gene therapy field technologies.
Key requirements :

Master in Biology and life sciences related discipline
-
Ideally a first experience in Process assessment, Cell and Gene Therapy and validation

Business fluent in English
