Warehouse Associate 1

Performing all warehouse activities accurate and with attention to detail,  Incl. but not limited to; Goods Receipt, Toolboxing, Incoming Donor receipt.

Link between Warehouse and other departments (production Support, QC, Purchasing, QE) within the company. Execution of planned Warehouse activities and the (GMP) quality thereof.

• Working according correct safety levels within, but not limited to, the warehouse environment.

• Performing tasks in compliance to cGMP quality levels.

• Responsible for reading and understanding up-to-date training profile.

• Assuring execution of all warehouse activities in alignment with production planning and set KPI’s.

• Tasks: Material Receipt, Material Picking, Material Putaway, Inventory management, Cycle-count, general cleaning of areas.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Outside Contact with suppliers. Logistical communications with the clients may be required.

• Planning and coordination of daily activities for the Warehouse.

• Suggesting and implementing procedure, planning and training improvements. Ensuring cost and process efficiency.

Requirements:

• At least 2 – 3 years significant experience in the Warehouse

• Education: at least MBO 3 (Secondary vocational education)

• experience with GMP regulations

• Ability to work accurately under time pressure

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

• Accuracy, tidiness, flexibility, well organized, problem solving, team player

• Good proficiency in English

• Good knowledge of standard MS-Office products

• Good understanding of SAP ERP system
