Purpose of the role
This position is part of the COSI matrix organization, which performs end to end activities from actual occurrence of a financial result till consolidation level in HQ. Main tasks will be maintaining, reviewing, reporting and analyzing inventory, production, and product cost data and supporting the monthly accounting close and management cycles for multiple branches.

Key responsibilities

  • Cost Management: Responsible for maintaining and creating product costs in compliance with US GAAP, including monthly reporting and variance analysis for stakeholders.

  • Data Accuracy & Reporting: Review and ensure accurate reporting of product costs and inventory consolidation at the branch level, addressing any discrepancies.

  • Global Analysis: Analyze standard revisions on a global scale, ensuring proper accounting practices are followed from both local and global perspectives.

  • Efficiency Initiatives: Identify and implement initiatives to improve cost control and operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with S404 requirements.

  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries regarding data and system issues, providing timely and accurate financial cost and inventory information.

  • Collaboration & Development: Participate in performance reviews, special projects, and provide backup support for senior specialists, fostering open communication and collaboration.

Your profile

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business administration, or economics, with 3-5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with experience in cost accounting and financial analysis using systems like SAP; familiarity with US GAAP is a plus.

  • Mindset & Initiative: Improvement-oriented, goal-driven, and capable of making decisions; demonstrates initiative and adaptability in dynamic environments.

  • Communication & Customer Focus: Fluent in English, with a customer-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Flexibility & Responsibility: Willingness to take on responsibilities, work flexible hours, and travel occasionally as needed.

  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a sense of urgency and quick turnaround time, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
