Your Daily IT Adventure:

Imagine starting your day with a warm welcome from your supportive colleagues as you take on the responsibility of managing our network and systems. In this role, you will be the key expert for all things IT, overseeing everything from optimizing our LAN/WAN infrastructure to maintaining and securing our servers.

At lunch, you might explore Groningen’s vibrant spots with your teammates, enjoying local cuisine while exchanging ideas on the latest tech innovations. Our office environment is dynamic, filled with positivity and a team that values both collaboration and individual growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep our network and systems running smoothly with your expert touch.
• Tackle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and systems.
• Stay ahead of tech glitches with proactive monitoring and quick fixes.
• Safeguard our systems with top-notch security measures.
• Be the hero for users needing tech support.
• Keep up with the latest tech trends and best practices
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A solid background in IT with proven experience as a Network/System Administrator.
• Expertise in network protocols, system architecture, and security.
• Hands-on experience with both Windows and Linux environments.
• Skills in Subnet Masks, Server 2016+, VMware, Firewalls, Switches, VPN, Active Directory (GPO and Domain services), Office 365, Azure, DNS, and DHCP.
• Certifications like MCSA, MCSE, or similar are a big plus.
• Top-notch problem-solving and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
