About the Division: The Material and Structural Analysis Division (MSD) designs and manufactures high-performance electron microscopes. Our global team of 5,000 people is dedicated to accelerating breakthrough discoveries.

The Role: At our Eindhoven site, we develop and produce high-end Transmission Electron Microscopes (TEM). These complex systems are often customer-specific, and our fast-paced innovations create a challenging environment.

As a Master Production Schedule (MPS) Planner, you will be the link between Marketing & Sales, R&D, and Operations. You will translate monthly Sales & Operations Plans into actionable production schedules, considering capacity, product development, customer orders, inventory, and supplier capabilities. Reporting directly to the Supervisor Tactical Planning, you will ensure alignment and visibility across Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize MPS to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Business Units, and Operations to set priorities.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks and manufacturing bottlenecks.
  • Work with R&D and Engineering on changes in production processes.
  • Advise on market trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and improve planning data in MRP systems.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Project and Change Management training/certification preferred.
  • Experience: 2-8 years in Supply Chain/Operations, preferably in a high-tech environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably QAD), strong communication and presentation skills, ability to lead projects, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information:

  • Travel: Occasional travel, up to 10%.
  • Location: Eindhoven, with one day remote possible.
