Location : Baarle-Nassau, Netherlands #OnSite
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate in an environment where people develop to be the best version of themselves and where the team comes together to learn
• Make sure people are safe, both psychologically and physically
• Create and maintain a quality and safety culture amongst production technicians. Encourage people to be curious and inspired
• Ensure GMP compliance through a culture of driving ’right first time’ execution and solid process design
• Adhere to schedule through stable execution, understand people, process, machine and material
• Drive operational excellent through Continuous improvement, learning from weak signals
• Scale for growth, manage risk appropriately in day-to-day decisions
Essential Requirements:
• Minimal 3-5 years in a supervisory role in a pharmaceutical manufacturing, environment
• Total career tenure of 8-10+ years
• Experience in coaching and mentoring of staff
• Ability to lead large team (>15-20 associates long term)
• Experience in implementing improvements through application of Lean philosophy
Desirable Requirements:
• Ideally in food or GMP environment, regulated with a lot of exposure to safety
• Understanding of radiation safety is a plus
