Wat ga je doen?

Als corporate recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige wervingsproces van voornamelijk uitvoerende functies bij onze productielocaties in Oss en Heist op den Berg (Belgie). Je focus ligt op deze locaties, maar je ondersteunt ook andere regio's. Jouw taken omvatten:

  • Competentiegerichte interviews afnemen en online assessments interpreteren
  • Maken van aanbiedingsvoorstellen en onderhandelen over arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Creatieve manieren bedenken om divers talent aan te trekken
  • Zorgen voor een positieve ervaring voor kandidaten en managers
  • Recruitmentcijfers bijhouden en trends rapporteren
  • Samenwerken met HR-collega's en leidinggevenden
  • Meedenken over employer branding en nieuwe wervingsmethoden

Wat breng je mee?

We zoeken iemand met:

  • Een relevante opleiding (bijvoorbeeld, HR, MER of bedrijfskunde)
  • Ervaring als in-house recruiter of bij een RPO of als consulent bij een uitzendbureau
  • Bereid om minimaal 3 dagen per week op locatie te werken gecombineerd met thuiswerken
  • Kennis van sociale media en sourcing tools
  • Ervaring in de farmaceutische industrie, productie of logistiek is een sterke pre
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een coachende houding en gevoel voor humor
  • Een analytische, nauwkeurige en empathische instelling
  • Spreekt zowel de Nederlandse als de Engels taal

Secondary Job Description

Organon is hiring a Talent Attraction Business Partner (fulltime) to join our team based in the Netherlands.

The position

In this role, you will adapt quickly to a new environment and operate independently from day one, complementing our growing Talent Attraction team with your candidate-centric mindset.

You will own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for all our critical  Blue Collar roles in Oss and Heist. While these countries will be  your focus, you will also support other countries/regions.

In this role you will be reporting to the GTA Lead UK&ENI, BeNeLux, France

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competency based and cultural mindset focused interviews, initiate online assessments and interpret the results, create offers and trigger contract creation.
  • Deliver slates of qualified and diverse talents for current and anticipated roles in the organization using out of the box innovative approaches.
  • Ensure every candidate/hiring manager has a positive experience throughout the entire hiring cycle. You will also build strong relationships with HRBPs, HR CoEs and the business.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, track talent acquisition metrics and report trends and issues to TA leadership, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Meet Global Talent Attraction goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance.
  • Partner with leadership to understand future resourcing needs.
  • Strategically partner with the business to identify new ways of working and streamlining processes.
  • Work across our internal and external networks to identify new Branding opportunities to source candidates.
  • Leverage all tools, KPIs and methods of the recruiting portfolio (incl. active sourcing) to identify, assess and select the right candidates.
  • Participate or Lead Local/ Regional/ Global projects.

Required Education, Experience & Skills

  • Relevant degree in HR, psychology, business or in another relevant field of study.

  • Relevant recruiting experience from being an in-house recruiter or in an RPO model is required.

  • Demonstrated success in the use of social media and sourcing tools.

  • Demonstrable experience working in pharmaceuticals manufacturing, logistics or a related area.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Coaching and advising skills, able to work in a fast paced environment, open mind and a good sense of humor.

  • Authentic, empathetic, curious, courageous & agile.

  • Analytical, accurate and attention to detail.
